Floor - 12x12 in Venatino marble honed

Bath surround - Horizontal stripes of 3x6 glass tile in Fog (light grey) and Storm (dark gray) in this kind of pattern.

Tub - existing tub refinished in white color

Counter top - Some cool synthetic material with glass flecks, like EOS St. Lawrence.

Or TB likes a synthetic grey solid surface. 

Or... if a remnant from the kitchen island slab (Super White marble) is available for the countertop, we can use 4x4 white shiny tiles on the floor.

Kitchen

The general idea is a black and white scheme with black countertops on the perimeter and white Carerra marble or white solid surface on the island and grey appliances.

Flooring - 1x rift sawn oak floor stained a dark-ish color

Lighting - some cool pendants in my registry at west elm. Password is "bonneville"

Practical Props also has the globe lights with a total drop of 14.5 inches. 

Cabinets - white painted, shaker style doors for the cabinets, and black or dark grey painted for the island. No crown moulding. Maybe glass doors in the buffet. 

Countertop - black solid surface for the counters 
Super White Marble/Quartzite for the counter with a thick mitered edge and straight profile. 

Kitchen Countertops - Black granite with a matte finish, like Indian Premium Black (honed) at Arizona Tile. 

Backsplash - Shiny white subway tiles in 4x6 in, from the top of the counters to the base of the cabinets, or up to the ceiling behind the hood, or up to the window sills. 

Appliances

The floors, color and design of cabinet doors, black countertops, and color of appliances are right on. The drawer pulls, crown moulding, sink, faucet, island countertop, and backsplash are not right. Maybe glass upper cabinet doors on the coffee station.

The powder room is pretty small: 36" across and 72" wide. It can be really pretty though. I think we could pretty much copy this powder room.
